I am going to a football game!

So, I am going to my very first "pro" football game. Well, not quite pro, but close. It's the Cougars! I am sooooooo excited! WSU here we come.

I am the Lord's, and now no longer reckon myself to be my own but acknowledge in everything His ownership and authority. That is the attitude God delights in, and to maintain it is true consecration. I do not consecrate myself to be a missionary or a preacher, I consecrate myself to God to do His will where I am, be it in school, office, kitchen or wherever He may, in His wisdom, send me. Whatever He ordains for me is sure to be the very best, for nothing but good can come to those who are whole His. May we always be possessed by the consciousness that we are not our own.

I haven't been on here forever!

We just got back from conference. It was Amazing!!! I could see very clearly that the Lord was in our midst. We left a day early for conference to visit friends, the next morning we all gathered around the table and had some time in the word, and prayed for specific things to happen at the conference. I have never seen so many answered prayers at once! Everything we were praying about was answered. I was reminded just how Awesome the Lord we serve is. How often do we pray for certain things or forget what we prayed for, or even think "will the Lord answer this?" I am guilty of all.

Praising the Lord that He is a part of my life!
